Studio Policies
Learn more about our facility and see why we’re the right one for you. At Ellani Aerial, each and every student is an important member of our community. We believe students should be taught in a safe, empowering, and positive environment. Below you will find important information regarding our studio's policies.
1 / Recording in Class
Photos and videography are great ways to document your journey and are allowed in studio. However, please do so in a way that does not disrupt the instruction of the class. Additionally, be sure to have permission from anyone who may appear in the background before taking any photos or videos.
2 / Class Interactions
Ellani Aerial aims to foster a welcoming, inclusive and respectful environment to all participants. We do not tolerate bullying, disrespectful behaviour or any violation of others' personal space. Such behaviour will result in immediate removal from the studio and access to classes being revoked.
3 / PunctualityÂ
Please be on time for your classes - at least 5 minutes before the scheduled start time. We do understand that things may happen, so if you are late (within the grace period), please enter quietly and with minimal interruption.
4 / Grace Period
There is a 10 minute grace period at the beginning of each class. Once this has passed, entrance into the session is up to the discretion of the instructor. If you are not permitted to enter the class your credits will be forfeited.
5 / Class Cancellation
By a student:
Ellani Aerial requests that you cancel at least four hours before your scheduled class. This gives the studio the opportunity to fill your vacated spot. You may cancel by phone or online. Class credits will be refunded to your account once this policy is adhered to. Cancellations within four hours to class time will result in class credits being forfeited.

By the studio:
It is up to the discretion of the instructor to cancel classes that have less than three students booked. In the event that this occurs you will receive an email to inform you of the class cancellation at least two hours before the start of the scheduled session.
6 / Securing your spot for classÂ
Once payment has been made at least 24 hours before the scheduled class your spot is secure. Without payment it will be up the instructor's discretion to have you removed from the session. This will allow for persons on the waitlist to be added to the session.
7 / Booking Class LevelsÂ
Students taking intermediate/level II classes will not be permitted to book beginner/level I classes for any apparatus. Where there are sessions that are not fully booked, it is up to the discretion of the instructor to allow entry of an intermediate/level II student into a beginner/level I class.
8 / Illness
If you feel ill or are experiencing any symptoms including but not limited to fever or difficulty breathing, please stay home.
9 / Food & Drink
No food allowed in studio. Liquids such as water or sports drinks are permitted.
10 / Jewellery
To reduce wear and tear on the poles, we ask that you remove rings and other metal jewellery before your session.
11 / Shoes
Street shoes are to be removed before entering studio. Please place them in the cubbyhole along with your other personal belongings.
12 / Use of Cellular Phones
Please be respectful of your instructors and others in class by leaving your phone conversations outside the studio - both calls and text messages. If your phone is needed for work or a personal reason, please inform your instructor and keep your phone where it will not interrupt the flow of the class.
13 / Mask Policy
At Ellani Aerial, we have a mask optional policy for attendance in studio.
14 / Disregard for Studio PoliciesÂ
Repeated disregard of one or more of the studio policies will result in membership being canceled and studio access being revoked.
